Large spacious accommodation only a 2 minute walk to Pukekura Park and 5 minutes to central New Plymouth. The home has 2 living areas, large main kitchen dining area and lounge then another separate lounge and kitchenette at the other end. The kitchen is fully equipped and tea and coffee is provided. The property can sleep up to 14 people, six bedrooms - three new queen and three new king size beds plus large queen size sofa bed, all linen is supplied. 4.5 bathrooms. A unique feature of this property is it can be split into two separate living areas with separate entrances or be combined. Off street parking is available for 2-3 cars. We do have a 2 night minimum stay but will consider 1 night on application.
